In the ever fusion experiments in SWIP, pellet forming process was carried out through adjusting relative devices by staff member in site, which will make every pellet-forming process slight distinction and will result in pellet difference in shape, size and intensity. In the intervals of HL-2A discharges, staff member have to go site to accomplish the pellet-forming process, this wastes human power and increase the potential danger. So it is necessary to develop a remote control system to perform the pellet-forming process. The control system needs have the features of real-time, reliability and be easy to operate and maintain.  相似文献

Summary Three chlorinated dimethyl sulfones and five chlorinated thiophenes have been identified in the alkaline extraction liquor from a bleach plant by gas chromatography with atomic emission detection (GC-AED) and with mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The information on elemental content obtained by GC-AED enabled a rapid screening of the sulfur compounds and provided important structural information complementary to the mass spectral data. Quantitation was accomplished by GC-AED based on universal calibration.  相似文献

The effect of the shear rate on pullulan production from beet molasses by Aureobasidium pullulans P56 in an airlift reactor was investigated. A maximum polysaccharide concentration (18.5 g/L), biomass dry weight (14.0 g/L), polysaccharide yield (38.5%), and sugar utilization (96%) was achieved at a shear rate of 42 s−1. A. pullulans grown on beet molasses produced a mixture of pullulan and other polysaccharides. The highest value of pullulan proportion (30% of total polysaccharide) was obtained at a low shear rate (42 s−1). The apparent viscosity of the fermentation broth increased as the shear rate increased up to 42 s−1 and then decreased. On the other hand, the dissolved oxygen concentration and the volumetric mass transfer coefficient increased with the increase of the shear rate from 21 to 84 s−1. The external addition of L-glutamic acid, olive oil, and Tween-80 improved significantly the production of crude polysaccharide (27.0 g/L), but the pullulan content of the polysaccharide was low (20%).  相似文献

An evaluation of the most commonly used HPLC system (reversed phase octadecyl sillica gel) was undertaken in order to determine the level of certain carbohydrates in molasses produced in the refining of sugar beet. Chromatographic parameters and purification operations prior to analysis are discussed in order to develop an analytical method permitting automation of sugar determination. A Zorbax ODS column (250 × 9.4 mm), water elution, and light scattering detection allow easy determination of glucose + fructose, sucrose, and raffinose in molasses using an internal standard (maltose).  相似文献

The composition and ultrastructural arrangement of cell wall polymers in wood fibres have determining influence on the properties of wood derived materials. It is therefore important to improve our understanding of the relationship between fibres organisation, the modifications induced by pulping treatments, and the resulting paper sheet mechanical properties. The different treatments to which fibres are subjected during the manufacturing of pulps and papers induce morphological and micro-structural alterations due to the removal of wall constituents and of microfibrillar elements. The impact of pulping processes on fibres was investigated at the ultrastructural scale of transmission electron microscopy. Particular attention was given to the effects of beating in refiners at various intensities on the ultrastructure of fibres. The most characteristic effects consisted of delaminations, microfibril disorganisation, and even fractures, of varying importance depending on the intensity of the mechanical refining. The consequences of internal alterations and surface modifications of the fibres were examined in relation to the paper sheet mechanical properties. Correlations between the type of alteration observed in the fibres and its possible impact on a given paper mechanical property are suggested. With similar approaches, the effects of drying and recycling were studied.  相似文献

Abstract

The paper presents for the first time in literature the use of color measurement in leaf diagnosis. It uses the data obtained in certain well- established conditions, in CIE 1976 system for quantifying the color changes of leaves in different sufference (plant or leaf damage) symptoms.

The data are presented for sugar beet plants, but the application can be easily extended to any crop, arboretums, or ecological systems.

As a further extension of the study, it can be used in the telediagnosis of plants' sufferences by plane or even by satellite.  相似文献

本文求得了弹丸消融过程的自洽解析解。结果表明:Parks的弹丸消融理论需要修正;弹丸消融速率由消融物云和表面蒸发层共同控制;入射电子通过消融物云时慢化效应并不显著;消融物离开弹丸表面时一般呈部分电离态;聚变堆条件下,弹丸表面可能会出现激波。  相似文献

本文用光谱学方法研究在HL-1装置上LHCD及ECRH等离子体,弹丸注入等离子体,偏压电极与偏压孔栏等离子体粒子约束特性。结果表明:在弹丸注入使用正向偏压电极与偏压孔栏期间,等离子体粒子约束行到改善,较低密度下(^ne<2.0×10^1^3cm^-^3),LHCD脉冲期间粒子约束得到改善;而当密度^-ne大于2.0×10^1^3cm^-^3时,等离子体约束变坏。ECRH脉冲期间粒子约束得不到改善。  相似文献
